➤ What are the main activities of your company, EasyPay System?
The EasyPay System company was opened in 2010, and on May 19 of the same year, we introduced the first payment terminal in Romania as an agent. It was very difficult at the beginning, because we were offering a new service, which was not very well known in Romania. After the development of this industry in Bucharest, where this business started, we started to have our first customers and we were receiving very good feedback.
Our own network now includes almost 500 terminals that since April 2012 we have started to produce, both for us and for other customers who want to enter this vending niche.
The components come from Europe, and we do their production and assembly in Romania. Therefore, the first activity consists in operating its own network of terminals, and the second refers to the quality of EasyPay terminal manufacturer, which complies with all European quality standards. Starting from 2014, at the request of the gaming market, we developed the product range by producing the first sports betting terminal, currently offering profile customers 6 different models. For the EARENA exhibition, we produced the Cash-Out terminal, in collaboration with our partners, the SysWin Solutions company that offered the software part.
➤ One of the missions of your company is to offer the population an alternative payment system through self-service terminals. Please give us more details about this operating activity: how many machines you have, where they are located, what services you offer and what advantages they offer to gaming rooms.
The machines are located in the retail area and in the markets, but we also have street machines. One of the main targets were the stores near their homes, because many customers are used to buying from the nearest stores, where they will also be able to see our device.
Then a buyer will surely become a loyal customer of ours, because he will find that the device allows him to pay bills with Enel, Romtelecom, ApaNova but he can also recharge his mobile phone or pay the bill for his landline., Bitcoin, Paysafecard or others 100 services.
These services are now offered in the same place, without the payer having to go to banks or withdraw money from the card to then pay cash at the bank. For a gaming hall, the payment terminal is a mandatory service from our point of view, because the hall thus offers customers a wide range of services through the self-service terminal. The customer thus remains in the room, regardless of the need for payment that he normally finds outside the gaming room. We have had a successful collaboration for over 2 years with Game World, where our partners say they are satisfied that by having the payment terminal at their location, they have eliminated some of the main reasons why players leave the gaming room.
➤ Regarding production, what exactly do you produce? Are your products certified?
As I mentioned, we started manufacturing the devices to reduce our costs. From 2012 until now, the product portfolio has been considerably increased, starting with payment terminals and continuing with sports betting terminals, info-points, cash-out, devices for parking systems and even terminals for different fields of sale: fast food, public transport tickets, deposits and money transfer, etc. We also offer customers the opportunity to purchase from us terminal parts, we also have our own service to help customers who have already bought the devices. Of course, we have CE certificates for each product.
